Southern Maine, Down East Maine, and well beyond, since 1978.

We specialize in Lobster Clambakes and Fine New England Cookouts & Grilling.  

We cook your meal fresh, right there at your chosen location.

We're skilled in both casual and formal service styles.

We cater a lot of Fancy Clambake Weddings as well as Casual yet Festive Feasts.

Pricing, menus and services range from "Just-feed-me-good-and-don't-leave-a-mess", to .... ..."I-want-to-be-wined-and-dined".
